Owners Kei Egan and Fallon Odle love growing and making food in Winlock. They opened The Mill Bakery because they wanted to share their creations with everyone here.
When you don’t see them in the shop, you’ll find them a few blocks away at Shadow’s Farm- a place for happy goats, chickens, and a very happy toddler. You can also visit them at the Chehalis farmers market once a month in season for eggs, baked goods, and sometimes wood fired pizza.
